University Counseling and Wellness Center
The University Counseling and Wellness Center provides free and confidential counseling for currently enrolled students. Staffed by professional mental health counselors, University Counseling and Wellness Center offers individual, group and even couples counseling services. The mission at the University Counseling and Wellness Center is to facilitate the academic, emotional, social, and career development of all USA students. University Counseling and Wellness Center also serves as a regional testing center and administers standardized tests such as the College Level Examination Program (CLEP) tests, Miller Analogies Test, Graduate Record Exam Subject Tests, and Law School Admission Test.
Jag Student Support Network (JSSN)
The Jag Student Support Network (JSSN) is a peer support group led by USA students who offer hope, support, transparency, and advocacy in order to build resilience to thrive in our lives and within our campus community. These peer mentors are trained in mental health and are able to employ techniques and strategies to assist students who may be in distress. Additionally, JSSN peer mentors participate in outreach initiatives through The University Counseling and Wellness Center as a way to connect to the broader campus community and provide necessary resource
