Take a Break is a pop-up wellness experience from JagFit designed to help you reset in just 5 minutes.
Stop by a Take a Break table anywhere on campus or in the Rec to do a quick, hands-on wellness activity — like stress relief, mindfulness, light movement, or reflection — all while learning about upcoming JagFit programs and challenges.
No sign-ups. No pressure. Just a simple pause in your day to breathe, reset, and keep moving forward.
