Jag Card Photo Submission
Your Jag Card is your official University of South Alabama identification and an essential part of campus life. It is used to access campus buildings and services, check in for events, utilize dining and printing services, and verify your student status across campus.
Students may submit a photo in advance for Jag Card printing or visit the Jag Card Office to have a photo taken in person. Submitted photos are reviewed for approval twice per week on a first-come, first-served basis. To have your card printed, students must come to the Jag Card office to pick up their card in person.
To ensure approval, all submitted photos must meet the following requirements:
The image should closely resemble a driver’s license or passport photo, with the student facing the camera directly, a plain background, and the photo framed from the shoulders up. No filters may be used, and no hats, masks, or other items may cover the face. No other people or animals may appear in the photo.
