.SYNOPSIS...

A light westerly to southwesterly flow this afternoon and tonight

will become predominately southwesterly on Tuesday, and increase

to moderate over the Gulf Tuesday night ahead of the next cold

front. A moderate to strong northwesterly to northerly flow will

follow Wednesday afternoon through Thursday in the wake of the

cold front, diminishing Thursday night into Friday.
