Insurance Verification

To request verification of General Liability Coverage or current or past Professional Liability Coverage and/or claims history, please contact Terrie Webb at the Office of Risk Management at (251) 460-6232 or email terriewebb@southalabama.edu. The following information is required in order to complete a verification request: Contact name, physical mailing address of entity requesting information, e-mail address (if available), and signed release.
