Are you ReADY to request our services?

our process is changing!

Facilities Management is pleased to announce the implementation of ReADY request tiles by AssetWorks. The Vehicle Rental Request tile will offer a new way to submit requests for trips, tours, and golf cart rentals through Jag Tran Services. 

With our new software, vehicle rental requests will route through an electronic process known as ReADY. Once you submit your request, one of our staff members in Jag Tran Services will complete an estimate for you. The approver for the Org will receive the estimate electronically and can either accept or reject the estimate. Once accepted, we will move forward with scheduling your vehicle rental request.

Access to this module will be limited to designated requesters and approvers for each Org. Requester designations are made by each department head/approver.
